Hen­ki­lö­tie­to­ja ovat esi­mer­kik­si etu­ni­mi, su­ku­ni­mi, pu­he­lin­nu­me­ro, sähköpostiosoite tai verkkopal­ve­lun käy­tös­tä ker­ty­vä tieto. Tietoja kerätään ja käytetään:

Majoituspalvelut

 

Käsittelemme majoituspalvelun tarjoamiseen liittyviä tietoja: yhteystiedot (etu- ja sukunimi, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, osoite, postinumero, kaupunki, maa).

 

Matkustajailmoitukset

 

Matkustajailmoitusten käsittely perustuu rekisterinpitäjän lakisääteiseen velvoitteeseen.

 

Käsiteltävät tiedot: asiakkaan nimi, henkilötunnus tai syntymäaika, kansallisuus, mukana matkustavan puolison ja alaikäisten lasten nimet, suomalaiset henkilötunnukset (tai syntymäajat), osoite, maa, matkustusasiakirjan numero sekä saapumis- ja lähtöpäivämäärät. Lisäksi voidaan kirjata majoittumisen tarkoitus (kuten vapaa-aika, työ tai muu syy).

 

Verkkosivuston keräämät tiedot

 

Verkkosivuja selatessasi saamme tiedon esimerkiksi käyttämäsi verkkoselaimesta. Käytämme tietoa verkkosivujen analysointiin ja sivuston hallintaan. Lue lisää eväteistä täältä [LINKKI]

 

Verkkosivujen analysointiin ja tilastotietoihin käytämme Google Analytics-palvelua, jonka tarjoaa Google Inc. Google Analytics kerää evästetietoja, joiden avulla verkkosivujen käytettävyyttä voidaan analysoida ja parantaa. Tietoja voivat olla esimerkiksi, millä sivulla vierailija käy. Tiedot siirretään ja tallennetaan Googlen palvelimille, joista osa saattaa sijaita EU:n ulkopuolella. 

 

Verkkosivuja ylläpitää Wix.com. Verkkosivujen kävijätiedot voidaan kerätä Wix.com ylläpitämille palvelimille. 

Verkkosivujen kautta suoritetut varausmaksut seuraavat PCI-DSS standardeja, joita hallinnoi PCI Security Standards Council, joka tekee yhteistyötä Visan, MasterCardin ja esimerkiksi American Expressin kanssa. PCI-DSS standardi auttaa suojaamaan korttitietoja ja mahdollistaa turvalliset verkkomaksut.

 

Kameravalvonta

 

Lomakeskus Napaketun ulkoalueilla ja vastaanotossa on tallentava kameravalvonta. Käyttö perustuu rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettuun etuun. Valvonnan tarkoitus on turvallisuuden takaaminen, työnantajan, työntekijöiden ja asiakkaiden tietojen ja omaisuuden suojaaminen sekä rikosten estäminen tai selvittäminen.

 

Tietoja voidaan käyttää myös yksityisyyden suojasta työelämässä annetun lain (759/2004) 17 §:n 2 momentin 1-3 kohdissa yksilöidyissä tilanteissa työsuhteen päättämisen perusteen toteennäyttämiseksi, naisten ja miesten välisestä tasa-arvosta annetussa laissa (609/1986) tarkoitetun häirinnän tai ahdistelun taikka työturvallisuuslaissa (738/2002) tarkoitetun häirinnän ja epäasiallisen käytöksen selvittämiseksi ja toteen näyttämiseksi sekä työtapaturman tai muun työturvallisuuslaissa (738/2002) tarkoitettua vaaraa tai uhkaa aiheuttaneen tilanteen selvittämiseksi.

Accommodation services

 

We process information related to the accommodation services: contact information (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, address, postal code, city, country).

 

Passenger notifications

 

The processing of passenger notification upon arrival is based on a statutory obligation of the controller.

 

Information to be processed: customer's name, personal identity number or date of birth, nationality, names of the accompanying spouse and minor children, Finnish personal identification numbers (or date of birth), address, country, travel document number and arrival and departure dates. In addition, the purpose of the stay (such as leisure, work or other reason) could be recorded.

 

Information collected on the website

For website analysis, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics collects cookie data to help us analyze and improve website usability. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Camera surveillance

 

The outdoor areas and the reception have recording camera surveillance. The use of recorded camera surveillance is based on the legitimate interest of the controller. The purpose is to ensure security, to protect the data and the property of the employer, employees and customers, and to prevent or detect criminal offenses.
